The University of Southampton, the University of Bordeaux, the University of Liège and the University of the Basque Country, with the collaboration by the Founding Research Associates, AZTI-Tecnalia and the Oceanographic Foundation of Gipuzkoa constituted the MER Consortium.
The extended MER Consortium includes additional 39 Associated Partners from all over the world, including research institutions, companies and universities. The composition of the Extended MER Consortium is the consequence of a careful selection of Associates that reflects their expertise in the field, their excellence, common interest, complementarities and long-lasting history of collaboration.
