Call 2025 Announcement: November 2025
Open on-line application system: January 20th 2026
First Round Deadline: March 27th 2026
Applicant: Register Upload required documents and Information MER Secretariat: Revise submissions (information and supporting documents) Calculate the Eligibility Score Submit eligible applications to the MER JPB MER JPB: Applicant Selection (April 24th)
Second Round Deadline: May 15th 2026
Applicant: Register Upload required documents and Information MER Secretariat: Revise submissions (information and supporting documents) Calculate the Eligibility Score Submit eligible applications to the MER JPB MER JPB: Applicant Selection (on an individual basis upon submission until May 29th)
STEP 3 (Enrolment) Deadline: June 24th – Preparatory Phase
Applicant: Apply for MCG waivers and MCG mobility grants Pay registration fees Reply to MER Secretariat’s queries (accommodation procedures, …) MER Secretariat & Partners’ IIRR Offices: Assistance for visas, travel and accomodation
“Intro” days & Start of Semester 1 Courses: Early September
Original BSc Diploma (and legalized copy) is required at this step Bank account management Police and Foreing Office procedures Academic (e.g. attend vivas and Graduation of preceding Intakes) activities
